Chicken and Asparagus Bake

serves 4-5. Prep 10 min cook about 40 min I think this needs more veg. You could add frozen mixed veg or grated or diced carrot, celery, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, corn, peas, pumpkin or anything that takes you fancy. Or just serve with steamed veg or salad.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spiral noodles
- 750g chicken fillets, skinned and halved
- 420g can cream of asparagus soup
- 1 cup water or milk
- 2 tbs milk powder (optional but adds more calcium)
- pepper
- grated parmesan cheese
- herbs
- breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190C. Spread pasta over the base of a greased casserole dish. Lay chicken fillets over the top.
- Combine soup, water (or milk), pepper, 1/2 of the cheese and herbs. Pour over chicken.
- Top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked and topping is crisp and golden.
