Potato and Chicken Curry

This is more of a curry flavoured potatoe bake so good inexpensive comfort food for winter.
List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups thinly sliced Coliban potatoes
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 2 hardboiled eggs (sliced)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange potatoes, eggs and chicken in layers in casserole dish beginning and ending with potatoes.
- In small bowl combine soup and curry powder. Season to taste. pour over potatoes
- Bake uncovered at 180C for 1- 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
