    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tbs soy sauce
    • 2 shallots, shredded
    • 600g lean lamb cubes
    • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
    • 3 tsp oil
    • 2 tbs lemon juice
    • 1 1/2 cups rice
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 3 small onions, quatered and seperated
    • 1 tsp minced ginger
    • 1/3 cup satay sauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine cabbage and lemon juice. Chill. Cook rice (might have packet directions).
    2. Heat oil in wok on high. Stirfry onion, garlic and ginger 1-2 minutes. Add lamb cubes.
    3. Stirfry 4-5 minutes until cooked properly. Stir in sauces and heat through.
    4. Serve with rice, cabbage and garnished with shallots.
