Satay Lamb Sqaky Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 2 shallots, shredded
- 600g lean lamb cubes
- 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 small onions, quatered and seperated
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/3 cup satay sauce
Instructions
- Combine cabbage and lemon juice. Chill. Cook rice (might have packet directions).
- Heat oil in wok on high. Stirfry onion, garlic and ginger 1-2 minutes. Add lamb cubes.
- Stirfry 4-5 minutes until cooked properly. Stir in sauces and heat through.
- Serve with rice, cabbage and garnished with shallots.
