Sesame Chicken Curry

serves 4. I think this is a very odd curry having cheese in it. I guess it is called curry because it contains curry powder. It's an all-in-one healthy dish with a lot of calcium.
List of Ingredients
- 20g butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 chicken fillets, cut into strips
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 tbs skim milk powder
- 1 tbs cornflour
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
- rice to serve (yellow is good)
Instructions
- Melt butter in frypan or wok and saute onion, chicken and curry powder for 5 mins. Add celery, zucchini and apple.
- Cook for 2 minutes (or until softened). Combine yoghurt, milk powder, cornflour, cheese and apricots and add to pan. Stir without boiling until heated through.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with rice.
