    serves 4. I think this is a very odd curry having cheese in it. I guess it is called curry because it contains curry powder. It's an all-in-one healthy dish with a lot of calcium.


    List of Ingredients


    • 20g butter
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 4 chicken fillets, cut into strips
    • 1 tbs curry powder
    • 1 stalk celery, sliced
    • 1 zucchini, sliced
    • 1 apple, chopped
    • 1 cup natural yoghurt
    • 2 tbs skim milk powder
    • 1 tbs cornflour
    • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
    • 2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
    • rice to serve (yellow is good)


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in frypan or wok and saute onion, chicken and curry powder for 5 mins. Add celery, zucchini and apple.
    2. Cook for 2 minutes (or until softened). Combine yoghurt, milk powder, cornflour, cheese and apricots and add to pan. Stir without boiling until heated through.
    3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with rice.
