Simple Chilli Con Carne

List of Ingredients
- 2 tsp canola or olive oil
- 375g pasta sauce (it was Paul Newman's Sockarooni)
- 500g lean beef mince (or kangaroo)
- 1 tbs chopped parsley
- 300g red kidney beans
- mexican chilli powder
Instructions
- Heat oil on high in large deep frypan. Fry mince, stirring constantly until well browned.
- Stir in "sockarooni" and drained (or cooked) beans. Bring to boil.
- Reduce to low, cover and simmer gently 20 minutes. Add parsley and season with chilli powder.
- Serve over baked jacket potatoes or rice. Accompany with a salad.
