List of Ingredients
- 2 cups coarsely chopped continental parsely
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 boneless white fish fillets
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- potato wedges and sugar snap peas to serve
- slicved lemon to garnish
Instructions
- Blend or process parsely, garlic and oil until smooth.
- Make 3 shallow diagonal cuts, about 2cm apart on one side of each fillet. Place fish on greased oven tray.
- Spread half the parsley mixture over fillets, sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook under hot grill for about 4 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve fish with remaining parsely mixture, potato wedges and sugar snap peas. Garnish with sliced lemon
