    Poached Fish with Vegetable sauce

    this is a very easy minimum fuss for a night you can't be bothered

    serves 2 but easily adaptable


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkt spring vegetable instant soup
    • 250ml milk
    • 2 fillets sea perch or any white fish fillet


    Instructions


    1. Blend soup mix with milk in shallow frypan
    2. Gently bring to boil for 2 mins, stirring constantly
    3. Add fish fillets and gently poach 3-4 minutes until easily flakes apart.
    4. Serve fish and sauce on a bed of rice (with steamed greens?)
