Poached Fish with Vegetable sauce

this is a very easy minimum fuss for a night you can't be bothered
serves 2 but easily adaptable
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkt spring vegetable instant soup
- 250ml milk
- 2 fillets sea perch or any white fish fillet
Instructions
- Blend soup mix with milk in shallow frypan
- Gently bring to boil for 2 mins, stirring constantly
- Add fish fillets and gently poach 3-4 minutes until easily flakes apart.
- Serve fish and sauce on a bed of rice (with steamed greens?)
