not so sure about the tomato and cucumber but make up your own mind. Serves 4
List of Ingredients
- 350g white fish fillet
- 4tbs hoisin sauce
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 60g sliced tomato
- 60g sliced cucumber
Instructions
- Cut fillet into pieces and marinate into half the hoisin mixed with half the oyster sauce.
- Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant. Stirfry fish until cooked.
- Add in remaining sauce and stir vegetables in well. Serve,
