    Stir-fried fish with Hoisin sauce.

    not so sure about the tomato and cucumber but make up your own mind. Serves 4


    List of Ingredients


    • 350g white fish fillet
    • 4tbs hoisin sauce
    • 2 tbs oyster sauce
    • 2 tbs oil
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 60g sliced tomato
    • 60g sliced cucumber


    Instructions


    1. Cut fillet into pieces and marinate into half the hoisin mixed with half the oyster sauce.
    2. Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant. Stirfry fish until cooked.
    3. Add in remaining sauce and stir vegetables in well. Serve,
