For chocolate custard use cocoa powder instead of coconut, for a more vanilla taste than the packet add a few drops vanilla essence
List of Ingredients
250ml milk
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tbs sugar (or to taste)
1 tbs dessicated coconut (ideally toasted)Recipe
To toast coconut spred shredded or dessicated coconut on foil and grill 1-2 minutes until golden brown
Make custard according to packet directions. Stir in coconut (or scatter over top if you prefer)
Serve warm or chilled with fresh or tinned fruit.
