    Seriously easy snack, special breakfast or throw together supper for visitors


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 multi-grain or english muffin per person
    • 3 medium mushrooms (per serve), sliced
    • 1/2 tbs butter (per serve)
    • 1 rasher bacon (per serve), finely chopped
    • wostershire sauce to taste


    Instructions


    1. Split and toast muffins. Saute mushrooms lightly in butter (ie melt butter in a pan and then cook mushrooms in it but not too long.
    2. Fry bacon (having removed mushrooms)
    3. Place mushrooms on each muffin half, top with chopped bacon and wocerstershire sauce
    4. Serve immediately


    Final Comments


    If you garnish with fresh parsley or a halved cherry tomato it looks good.
