Seriously easy snack, special breakfast or throw together supper for visitors
List of Ingredients
- 1 multi-grain or english muffin per person
- 3 medium mushrooms (per serve), sliced
- 1/2 tbs butter (per serve)
- 1 rasher bacon (per serve), finely chopped
- wostershire sauce to taste
Instructions
- Split and toast muffins. Saute mushrooms lightly in butter (ie melt butter in a pan and then cook mushrooms in it but not too long.
- Fry bacon (having removed mushrooms)
- Place mushrooms on each muffin half, top with chopped bacon and wocerstershire sauce
- Serve immediately
Final Comments
If you garnish with fresh parsley or a halved cherry tomato it looks good.
