List of Ingredients
- 500g lean beef mince, topside (or use a blend)
- 125g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbs tomato chutney
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1.2 cup dessicated coconut
Instructions
- Mix mince, cheese, chutney and parsley together rhoroughly.
- Shape into bite-sized balls and toss in coconut. Place on a buttered oven tray and bake at 230C for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve alone or skewered on a toothpick with some pineapple.
