Crunchy Satay Drumsticks

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups natural yoghurt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 8 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 250g packet natural corn chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine yoghurt, peanut butter and 1 tsp of the curry powder. Marinate drumsticks in refrigerator 15-30 minutes.
- Combine remaining curry powder with corn chips and cheese. Roll drumsticks in crumb. Place back in fridge 10 minutes
- Bake at 200C for 20-25 minutes. Serve with remaining satay mixture (if it has not touched raw chicken) and garnished with peanuts, coriander and chili- optional)
