Satay Pork Skewers

List of Ingredients
- 500g lean pork leg strips or diced pork
- 250ml satay sauce
- 1 tbs canola oil
- 10 bamboo skewers
- pepper as desired
Instructions
- Soak skewers in cold water at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Thread pork onto skewers, season with pepper and brush with oil. Grill or bbq (2-3 min strips, 8-10 min cubes)
- Serve with satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and mint salad
