    List of Ingredients


    • 500g lean pork leg strips or diced pork
    • 250ml satay sauce
    • 1 tbs canola oil
    • 10 bamboo skewers
    • pepper as desired


    Instructions


    1. Soak skewers in cold water at least 1 hour or overnight.
    2. Thread pork onto skewers, season with pepper and brush with oil. Grill or bbq (2-3 min strips, 8-10 min cubes)
    3. Serve with satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and mint salad
