Suitable for a vegetarian diet. This can be served instead of dessert with toast at the end of the meal (or as a snack)

Instructions
- Place a whole camembert cheese in a deep dish and cover with dry white wine.
- Let stand 12 hours then scrape off surface of the cheese and mash the pulp together with 1/2 cup very fresh softened butter.
- Mix well. Reshape cheese in its original form. Roll in toasted and chopped almonds or hazelnuts.
- Let stand in refrigerator for a few hours. Take out 1/2 hour before serving.
