Hazelnut Batons

serve with mousses, icecreams or desserts like that.
List of Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup roasted ground hazel nuts
- extra 2 tbs caster sugar
Instructions
- Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla essence until very thick and sugar is dissolved.
- Fold in nuts and extra sugar.
- Pipe 10cm long batons onto a baking paper-lined oven tray. Cook in a moderate oven 180C for 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
- Decorate mousse and serve with hazelnut batons.
