    You could easily toss through some mushrooms or chopped tomatoes at the beginning or add broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots etc (steamed of course) to the sauce. If not please eat with a lot of salad or steamed veg. By itself this is pretty unhealthy


    List of Ingredients


    • fresh sage leaves
    • 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2 tbs butter
    • small tub of cream
    • salt and pepper
    • cooked fettucine (I would add cooked vegies at this point too)
    • grated cheese
    • chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Saute fresh sage and garlic in a knob of melted butter.
    2. Add fresh cream, salt and pepper. Warm through gently.
    3. Add to cooked fettucine. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
    4. Garnish with parsley and serve
