Poached Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic (sliced finely)
- equivalent size of ginger (sliced finely)
- boiling water
- whole chicken breasts
- pandan/rampa leaves
- toothpicks
- gladbake (or similar) paper
- black sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Place a pot of boiling water on the stove. Add in sliced garlic and ginger and let infuse while you prepare chicken.
- Wrap whole chook breasts in the leaves (securely and completely) secure with toothpicks.
- Place in poach liquid (must be totally covered)
- Cover pot, putting bake paper under lid to avoid the slightest crack.
- Place over murmuring heat (even lower than simmer) for 2 min.
- Switch off but DO NOT TOUCH LID. Heat will stay in and fillets will cook. Give them about 10-20 mins. If needed you will have to cook them again because raw chicken is just bad.
- When ready sprinkle with the sesame if desired. Serve with carbs/veg as you like
