• 1/4 bbq chook (cubed)
  
• 35g swiss style cheese, cubed
  
• lettuce of your choice
  
• a selection of as many as you want of the following:
  
• -walnuts
  
• -dried apricots
  
• -celery
  
• -pineapple
  
• -cherry tomato
  
• -carrot sticks
  
• -cucumber
  
• -radish
  
• other salad ingredients as desired
  
• creamy dressing of your choice (see my Curry Yoghurt dressing)

1. Toss together ingredients and serve alone or in pita pockets for lunch
