Italian Style Tuna Salad

List of Ingredients
- 125g spiral pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 x 95g cans tuna (I think one larger can would be better fot the environment though)
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup semi-dried tomatoes
- 25g toasted pinenuts
- 2 tbs pitted olives
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- baby spinach leaves (optional)
- Italian salad dressing (or make your own with red wine vinegar, salt herbs, garlic and olive oil)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and serve hot or cold.
