    this recipe is how to use herbs in a tube, but you can actually substitute fresh (I do)


    List of Ingredients


    • 10 peeled baby carrots
    • 200g cauliflower florets
    • 100g baby green beans
    • 1 bunch trimmed asparagus
    • 1 bunch trimmed broccolini
    • water
    • salt
    • 2 tbs ilive oil
    • 2 tsp garlic from a tube
    • 2 tsp fennel seeds
    • 2 1/2 tbs lemon juice
    • 2 tsp oregano (from tube)
    • salt and pepper
    • 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Boil salted water, steam carrots one minute, add cauli and steam a further 2 min, add beans, asparagus and broccolini and cook until just tender. Refresh under cold water
    2. Meanwhile heat 2 tbs olive oil, garlic, fennel seeds in small pan, cook for 1-2 mins.
    3. Remove pan from heat, stir in lemon juice, oregano and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Arrange vegetables with halved cherry tomatoes on a serving platter, drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately
