Potato and Smoked Salmon Salad

List of Ingredients
- 12 small potatoes
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 100g sliced smoked salmon
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
- snipped fresh chives
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine yoghurt, salmon, lemon juice and pepper.
- Cook potatoes until tender. Drain well; peel and cut into slices. Toss to coat in salmon yoghurt.
- Season to taste and sprinkle with chives.
