Egg Sandwiches

List of Ingredients



• 6 eggs
  
• large knob of butter
  
• 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  
• slurp of cream
  
• bread to serve
  






Instructions



1. Hard boil the eggs, crack while still warm and mash.
   
   
2. Mix in butter, cream and mustard mashing all together thoroughly.
   
   
3. Serve on bread. Best on wholegrain or home-made rolls.
