serves 6 poured over vegetables such as cauliflower, pumpkin, potatoes or beans
List of Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 125g blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbs cornflour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan. Add onion, cook until soft. Add cheese, cook until melted. Stir in blended cornflour and milk and cook stirring until mixture boils and thickens
- Stir in lemon juice
