is there anyone who doesnt know how to make mashed potato?
add herbs or spices to it if you want to be fancy or mash it together with sweet potato or pumpkin.
Leftover mashed potato can be fried in a little butter for breakfast and served with bacon and eggs or on its own. Not for the diet conscious of course.

Potatoes to serve everyone
butter
milk
salt and pepperRecipe
Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and place in saucepan with salted water just covering them.
Cook on the stove (probably for at least 20 minutes) until potatoes very tender.
Carefully drain and add a generous knob of butter and a slurp of milk.
Use masher to squish them into the butter and milk adding more milk or butter if the texture is too dry. Season well with salt and pepper.
(for a low fat version use chicken stock or simply omit butter)
