    List of Ingredients


    • Enough cauliflower for everybody
    • lots of butter
    • salt
    • dried breadcrumbs


    Instructions


    1. Heat well salted water until boiling. cut the cauliflower into serves.
    2. Add cauliflower into boiling water and cook about 7-10 minutes until tender but not too mushy. Drain.
    3. Add generous knob of butter and place back on heat sprinkling in breadcrumbs. Heat cauliflower tossing to cover fully in butter and breadcrumbs.
    4. Allow to start browning. Serve with roast chicken or your choice of casserole. (or as a lunch on its own)
