List of Ingredients
- Enough cauliflower for everybody
- lots of butter
- salt
- dried breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Heat well salted water until boiling. cut the cauliflower into serves.
- Add cauliflower into boiling water and cook about 7-10 minutes until tender but not too mushy. Drain.
- Add generous knob of butter and place back on heat sprinkling in breadcrumbs. Heat cauliflower tossing to cover fully in butter and breadcrumbs.
- Allow to start browning. Serve with roast chicken or your choice of casserole. (or as a lunch on its own)
