List of Ingredients
- 1/2 stick celery
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 carrot
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- pepper and mixed herbs
- 1/4 cooked chicken, diced
- 250ml milk
Instructions
- Very finely dice the celery, carrot and onion.
- Put them with parsley and water in a microwave safe jug. Cover and cook on high 2 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients and cook on high 1 minute or until it boils.
- Serve immediately
