    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 stick celery
    • 1/4 onion
    • 1/2 carrot
    • 2 tsp chopped parsley
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • pepper and mixed herbs
    • 1/4 cooked chicken, diced
    • 250ml milk


    Instructions


    1. Very finely dice the celery, carrot and onion.
    2. Put them with parsley and water in a microwave safe jug. Cover and cook on high 2 minutes.
    3. Add all other ingredients and cook on high 1 minute or until it boils.
    4. Serve immediately
