List of Ingredients
- 450g chicken stirfry pieces
- 1 jar masterfoods thai flavour base (or something similar)
- 140g can coconut cream
- 2 cups snow peas
- 230g can bamboo shoots (drained)
Instructions
- Heat large nonstick frypan and brown chicken (using cooking spray)
- Add flavour base and coconut cream and simmer 10 min.
- Add snow peas and bamboo shoots and simmer 5 mins or until snow peas are tender.
- Serve with Jasmine rice, garnished with coriander leaves.
