This is a good filling meal but if you can't live without meat in your meal then serve it with shredded ham or grilled fish or chicken.
Also good as a side/vegetarian option at barbecue.
List of Ingredients
- 1 baked potato (or even microwaved)
- 25g cheddar cheese
- 60g cottage cheese
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tbs chopped chives
- coleslaw to taste.
Instructions
- Cut open baked potato. Mix onion and chives through cottage cheese.
- Top potato with both cheeses and coleslaw.
