Brussels Sprouts not for vegos

People who are scared to eat brussels sprouts may find this recipe a more accessible variation.
Very very phobic people should shred the brussels sprouts and add them at the same time as the chinese cabbage for minimal noticability
List of Ingredients
- oil
- 2 rashers bacon
- ginger (grated)
- brussels sprouts (maybe 6- quartered)
- 1/4 chinese cabbage, shredded
- sesame seeds (regular and black or just the one)
- pinch brown sugar
- sesame oil
- oyster sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil, add in the chopped rashers of bacon and ginger and fry.
- Add quartered brussels sprouts (if shredding add later)
- When bacon cooked well add cabbage (and shredded sprouts?) Toss in sesame seeds and oil and brown sugar.
- Stir well so cabbage wilts. Serve drizzled with oyster sauce. A great partner for chicken.
Final Comments
I suspect crab meat would go well instead of bacon. But then i have never liked bacon
