    Recipe Introduction


    This sort of recipe led to me becoming vegetarian for a while. It has a lot of flavour and fills your stomach properly.


    List of Ingredients


    • red chilli paste (from a jar or make your own combining water, chilli powder and paprika)
    • boiled eggs or tofu
    • oil
    • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
    • 2 chopped onions
    • 4-6 chopped garlic
    • 4 tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil. Add fenugreek seeds. Add onion and garlic and stir until brown. Add paste and roast for 2 minutes.
    2. Add tomatoes with a little water and stir until cooked. Add more water if you like so long as you keep the sambal thick.
    3. Add salt and halved eggs (or tofu) and heat.
