Egg/Tofu Sambal

Recipe Introduction
This sort of recipe led to me becoming vegetarian for a while. It has a lot of flavour and fills your stomach properly.
List of Ingredients
- red chilli paste (from a jar or make your own combining water, chilli powder and paprika)
- boiled eggs or tofu
- oil
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 chopped onions
- 4-6 chopped garlic
- 4 tomatoes
Instructions
- Heat oil. Add fenugreek seeds. Add onion and garlic and stir until brown. Add paste and roast for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes with a little water and stir until cooked. Add more water if you like so long as you keep the sambal thick.
- Add salt and halved eggs (or tofu) and heat.
