    really really yummy as well as healthy. In fact whether the liver cleansing diet works or not it is worth trying because of all the delicious recipes.


    serves 4


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup green peas
    • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 3 dessert spoons soy sauce
    • 2 free range eggs, beaten
    • 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
    • 2 tbs olive oil
    • 10 sprigs fresh coriander
    • 1 dessert spoon sweet chilli sauce
    • 1/2 cup beansprouts
    • 1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped
    • 4 shallots, chopped
    • 1/4 cup shopped basil leaves (or torn)
    • 4 cups cold cooked rice
    • 1 stick celery, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Lightly steam peas, then capsicum, broccoli and cabbage for NO MORE THAN 5 minutes. (what makes this recipe so yummy is the vegies are not overcooked)
    2. Heat oil. Saute shallots.Add garlic, coriander, basil and sauces and saute 3 minutes.
    3. Add precooked rice and beaten eggs and stir in.
    4. still stirring constantly; add bean sprouts and celery until warmed through.
    5. Serve with fresh salad.
