you may of course use other types of mushrooms
List of Ingredients
- 2-3 eggs
- 100g oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbs butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice mushrooms and fry in butter on high heat for a few minutes. Finish on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Beat eggs in bowl, add salt and pepper and pour into a hot pan with butter.
- When set but still soft pour prepared mushrooms over it. Fold in half and slide onto plate. Make 1 per person and slide with fried potatoes and salad.
