Pear, Zucchini and Parmesan Patties

List of Ingredients
- 2 medium pears, grated (skin on)
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup polenta
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 ts dried mixed herbs
- 2 tbs parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions
- Combine pears and zucchini in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and stand 20 minutes to drain.
- Squeeze off excess moisture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon onto oiled heavy based pan (or bbq). Cook until golden brown both sides.
- Serve with salad. If you cant get polenta use plain flour. Make up a burger wuth this and salad, non-vegetarian friends might want to add meat to the "burger" as well.
