    serves 4-6. vary the veg if you like but this recipe is pretty balanced.


    List of Ingredients


    • 600g hokkien noodles
    • 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 1 red capsicum, sliced
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed (can use from jar or chopped)
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
    • 400g baby bok choy


    Instructions


    1. Place noodles in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Seperate with a fork and drain.
    2. Heat oil in a wok. Saute capsicum and garlic until soft. Stir through noodles and sauces. Simmer until heated through.
    3. Add bok choy and stirfry until it wilts.
