    Teriyaki Sauce

    Recipe Introduction

    this sauce makes a great marinade for beef or pork. Makes about 2 cups

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup Soy sauce
    1 cup Sugar
    3 Tablespoons Ginger, fresh, minced
    2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Bourbon (optional)


    Recipe

    Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer for 30
    minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Use immediately or
    refrigerate in an airtight container.
