Sausage rolls

this can be made into bite size rolls or one big one
Preheat oven to 375
List of Ingredients
1lb sausage meat
1lb bacon (chopped very fine)
1 med onion (chopped fine)
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper (more if your name is Melody ;o) )
1/4 tsp salt
1 pkg of puff pastry (I like Tenderflake)Recipe
mix everything together (except puff pastry)
roll out puff pastry into an rectangle shape
place meat mix in even rows ~~~~~~~~~

slice the pastry into long strip ,roll up to make three long rolls slice into lenghs you want
Brush with milk or beaten egg
bake 1 hour at 375` F
