List of Ingredients
12 oz. can vacuum packed corn
8 1/2 oz. can green peas
8 1/2 oz. can green beans
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion (or less)
2 tbls pimento
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar (or less)
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. white pepper
Recipe
Mix together. Marinate over night. (Do not use a metal bowl.)
This will keep well in the refrigerator, you can add more vegetables as you use them.
