1 lb. ground beef
9 oz. broccoli cut
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2-8 oz. crescent roll packages
Recipe
Brown beef and drain well. Add broccoli, onion, sour cream, salt and
pepper and mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Separate crescent roll
dough into 4 long rectangles on a ungreased cookie sheet and press
edges. Spoon beef mixture in 3 inch strips lengthwise down center of
dough. Add cheese on top of beef mixture and fold dough over filling,
over lapping edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.
