    Garlic fingers are great. This is sort of a square/bread, but it is so good. Maybe soon I'll start to work on the traditional pizza type.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup fresh garlic, coarsley chopped
    • 1 c onions, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 2 tbs butter
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 ts baking powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tbs parsely chopped
    • 1 ts dill
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 c sharp Cheddar Cheese
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste really.. this is just a starting point)


    Instructions


    1. Prehat oven to 450 degrees F.

    2. Gently saute garlic and onions in about 2 tbs of butter about 10minutes until tender but not brown.
    3. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Cut in 1/4 butter until mixture is crumbly.
    4. Add parsely, dill, garlic and milk. Stir until evenly moist.
    5. Pour into well greased 8 x8 pan. Spread garlic and onions on top and cover with cheese.
    6. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly, cut and serve with Donair sauce.


    Final Comments


    I really like the dill in this recipe. Not enough people cook with dill i think.
