Swedish Pancakes

Recipe Introduction
Grandma used to make these pancakes for us when we stayed the night at her house. She would put our initials on them.
List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Mix the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt together.
- Add the whole can of evaporated milk to thin.
- Heat a little bit of oil in a frying pan. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of pancake batter to pan and turn pan to spread batter around.
- Cook on one side until edges start to curl.
- Flip the pancake and cook for just a minute longer.
- Add butter and syrup or your favorite topping and roll the pancake up.
- Enjoy.
