Rhubarb Dessert

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 small pkg red jello
- 1 pkg Jiffy cake mix, white or yellow, or 2 cups cake mix
- 1/3cup butter, sliced
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Place cut up rhubarb into a 12x7 pan.
- Sprinkle sugar, jello and cake mix (in this order) over the rhubarb.
- Put butter slices on top of mixture.
- Pour warm water over entire mixture.
- Bake @ 350 degrees until browned...about 40-50 minute.
- Serve warm with cream, ice cream or whipped cream.
