    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 small pkg red jello
    • 1 pkg Jiffy cake mix, white or yellow, or 2 cups cake mix
    • 1/3cup butter, sliced
    • 1 cup warm water


    Instructions


    1. Place cut up rhubarb into a 12x7 pan.
    2. Sprinkle sugar, jello and cake mix (in this order) over the rhubarb.
    3. Put butter slices on top of mixture.
    4. Pour warm water over entire mixture.
    5. Bake @ 350 degrees until browned...about 40-50 minute.
    6. Serve warm with cream, ice cream or whipped cream.
