    1 jar caramel ice cream topping
    2-4 Heath bars, chopped
    Granny Smith or Jonathan apples in wedges

    Recipe



    Place softened cream cheese in a bowl. Top with jar of ice cream topping. Top with Heath bars. Dip and indulge.
