Olive oil
2 onions, chopped
1 bunch celery
Minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
2 lb. Italian sausage
Lg. can chopped tomatoes
Beef broth
Chicken broth
Carrots
Zucchini
Pasta
Italian seasoning
Recipe
In a big soup pot:
Saute onions, celery and lots of minced garlic in olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
Brown Italian sausage, drain grease and add to veggies. Add tomatoes and equal amounts of beef and chicken broth to pot. Add carrots, zucchini, pasta and lots of Italian seasoning.
Cook until vegetables are done. Serve with romano cheese on top.
