List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 medium onion
2-3 carrots
2-3 celery stalks
1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
2 beef boullion cubes
2 sticks margarine
1 C flour
1 can tomato paste, 6 oz.

Dice steak into 1" cubes. Saute in 2 T margarine. Boil 1/2 gallon water. Add diced carrots, onion, celery and mixed vegetables. Add steak and beef cubes. Low heat for 1/2 hour. Stir often.
In a saucepan, melt 2 sticks margarine. Add flour. Mix with tomato paste to form sauce. Add to soup. Simmer 30-45 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste
