List of Ingredients
2 pkg (8oz) cream cheese softened
1 can (8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple drained
2 cups chopped nuts
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper (I omit the pepper)
Recipe
In medium bowl with fork, beat cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup nuts, chopped onions, pepper, salt.. Shape into one or two balls. Roll ball(s) in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic or foil. Refrigerate overnight.
