Healthy snack with no eggs, no sugar and no oils.
List of Ingredients
3 ripe mashed bananas
1/3 cup applesause
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamonRecipe
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Recipe doesn't say anything else. I cook like brownies or cookies.
Recipe can be "tweaked" any way you want. Cranberrys, almonds slivers, or walnuts could be added.
