Recipe Introduction
Measure accurately and follow directions. If ingredients are off mixture won't condense and will be runny.
List of Ingredients
1 egg
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp paprika - optional
1 Tablespoon vinegar and 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice,
or 2 /Tablespoons vinegar
1 cup salad oilRecipe
Put the egg, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice and 1/4 cup of oil into blender.
Cover and process at WHIP. Immediately removed feeder cap and pour in remaining oil in steady stream. Turn blender off and remove with rubber spatula. Makes approx. 1.25 cups.
