    8 inch pastry shell
    3 oz thinly sliced ham
    4 oz Swiss cheese shredded
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk (heated)
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    Nutmeg

    Recipe



    Bake pastry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Layer ham and cheese on bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs and mustard. Add to hot milk. Beat and pour over ham and cheese. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
