Teriyaki Steak

List of Ingredients
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp catsup
1/2 clove of garlic
1/4 cup consomme or beef bouillon
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Pinch or two of ginger
Flank steak or any inexpensive cut, scored on both sidesRecipe
Combine all ingredients except steak and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Cool. Place steak in glass dish. Pour sauce over steak, turning steak to cover all sides. Refrigerate 6 hours or more. Turn steak at least once. Broil or grill (recipe may be doubled).
