    A Relief Society favorite.

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs carrots, sliced round
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup salad oil
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup sugar
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Boil carrots until done. Cool. Mix tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, salad oil, mustard, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Layer carrots, peppers and onions with tomato soup mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
